Third Party Payor Programs definition

Third Party Payor Programs means all third party payor programs in which Tenant presently or in the future may participate, including, without limitation, Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, Managed Care Plans, other private insurance programs and employee assistance programs.
Third Party Payor Programs means all payment and reimbursement programs, sponsored by a Third Party Payor, in which a Borrower participates.
Third Party Payor Programs means all payment or reimbursement programs, sponsored or maintained by any Third Party Payor, in which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries participates.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, a “Third Party Payor” means Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, state government insurers, private insurers and any other person or entity which presently or in the future maintains Third Party Payor Programs.

  • Except as would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, each Loan Party and their Subsidiaries, as applicable, meet all requirements of participation, claims submission and payment of the Third Party Payor Programs and is a party to valid participation agreements for payment by such Third Party Payor Programs.

More Definitions of Third Party Payor Programs

Third Party Payor Programs means all private or governmental programs providing health care benefits, whether through insurance or otherwise, that are sponsored by a Third Party Payor.
Third Party Payor Programs means, any participation or provider agreements with any third party payor, including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and any Insurer, and any other private commercial insurance managed care and employee assistance program, to which Borrower, any Pool Property Owner or any Operator may be subject with respect to any Pool Property.
Third Party Payor Programs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.23.
Third Party Payor Programs means all healthcare plans or healthcare reimbursement programs in which a third party other than the patient is responsible for payment in which the Company participates with regard to a home care, long term acute care, hospice or other health care service owned, operated or managed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including Government Reimbursement Programs, TRICARE program, managed care plans, private health insurance plans and health plans established pursuant to ERISA.
Third Party Payor Programs has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.2(f).
Third Party Payor Programs means all payment or reimbursement programs (including but not limited to those programs that are sponsored or maintained by any Third Party Payor and/or those programs under which a Third Party Payor bills and collects), in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries participate and/or the Company or any of its Subsidiaries provide products or services, regardless of whether the Company or its Subsidiaries are an in-network or out-of-network provider/supplier.
Third Party Payor Programs means all payment or reimbursement programs sponsored or maintained by any Third Party Payor.
