Third Party Payors definition

Third Party Payors means Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, private insurers and any other Person which presently or in the future maintains Third Party Payor Programs.

Third Party Payors means any private health insurance company that is obligated to reimburse or otherwise make payments to pharmacies which sell prescription drugs to eligible patients under Medicare, Medicaid or any insurance contract with such private health insurer.

Third Party Payors means all Federal Health Care Programs and all other state or local governmental insurance programs and private, non-governmental insurance and managed care programs with which the Professional Company contracts to provide services and products or through which the Professional Company receives reimbursements for services rendered and products provided.

Examples of Third Party Payors in a sentence

• There has been no intentional or material over-billing or over-collection by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary pursuant to any Third Party Payor Arrangements, other than as created by routine adjustments and disallowances made in the ordinary course of business by the Third Party Payors with respect to such xxxxxxxx.

• Unless otherwise specified in the Contract or permitted under the Third Party Payors section of this Article, Contractor shall submit requests for payment monthly by the last business day of the month following the end of the month covered by the bill.

More Definitions of Third Party Payors

Third Party Payors means each Person which makes payment under a Third-Party Payor Program, and each Person which administers a Third-Party Payor Program.

Third Party Payors means state or local governmental insurance programs, private, non-governmental insurance and managed care programs, employers, unions, trusts, or third party administrators, including, but not limited to, any Governmental Entity that sponsors a health benefit program, including Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS/TRICARE or any federal health care program, with which the Company or any Subsidiary contracts to provide goods and services or through which the Company or any Subsidiary receives payments or reimbursements for goods and services provided.

Third Party Payors shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.19(a).

Third Party Payors means Blue Cross, Blue Shield, any managed care plans and organizations including, without limitation, health maintenance organizations and preferred provider organizations, and private commercial insurance companies.
