Third Party Products definition

Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
Third Party Products means the products or services of parties other than BNYM that constitute part of the Licensed System.
Third Party Products means hardware, software, products, or services that are not Dell-branded. Third-Party Products are not embedded components of the APEX Service.

  • As between Customer and Danswer, Customer is solely and exclusively responsible for obtaining and providing all consents, authorizations, permissions, notices, and access to the Third-Party Products.

More Definitions of Third Party Products

Third Party Products means any third-party products provided with or incorporated into the Services.
Third Party Products means any software product in which proprietary rights are owned by some-one other than SAP, SAP SE or any other Group Company of SAP. “Use” means (i) with regard to Partner to load, execute access, employ, utilize, store, or display the SAP Business One Cloud to End Users and (ii) with regard to End User to remote access the SAP Business One Cloud hosted by Partner for End User’s own business purposes.
Third Party Products means any products manufactured by or provided by a party other than NACR, and may include, without limitation, products ordered by CUSTOMER from third parties pursuant to NACR’s recommendations. However, Third Party Products do not include components of Products that both (a) are not recognizable as standalone items; and (b) are not identified as separate items on NACR’s price list, quotes, orders, or documentation.
Third Party Products means those hardware, firmware and/or software products, including updates and enhancements thereto, if any, owned by third parties, together with all user manuals and other documents accompanying the delivery of the Third Party Products.
Third Party Products means any software product (including without limitation, address directories) licensed under the Agreement in which proprietary rights are held by someone else other than the Managed Service Provider and/or the Licensor and/or their respective Affiliates;
Third Party Products means hardware, software, products or services that are not “Dell” branded. Third Party software is licensed by a third party under its own terms of use. Products exclude Services and Third Party Products. Third party Products are not embedded components of the APEX Services or Subscription Services. Products, Services, and Third Party Products (if applicable) may be collectively referred to herein as “Offerings.” Dell has the right to discontinue Offerings at any time without notice.
Third Party Products means the product(s) and/or service(s) identified in the Service Order as forming part of the Services but are provisioned by Aptum’s third-party vendor(s).
