Third Party Report definition

Third Party Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Third Party Report means appraisals, market studies, environmental, accounting, engineering and other reports, studies or surveys concerning any of the Mortgage Loans or related Mortgaged Properties.
Third Party Report means any Report that We procure from a third party on Your behalf for the purpose of providing the Services to You.

Third Party Report means one or more of the following reports prepared by an independent, third party not related to Purchaser: any Phase I or Phase II environmental site assessment, any property condition and engineering report, and any legal compliance report, including, without limitation, any zoning report. Purchaser shall have delivered to Sellers, prior to the Effective Date, all relevant portions of any Third Party Reports necessary to establish, to Sellers’ reasonable satisfaction, the basis for the Inspection Objections.
