Third Restatement Effective Date definition

Third Restatement Effective Date has the meaning specified in the Third Amendment Agreement.

• The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the Third Restatement Effective Date, and such notice shall be conclusive and binding.

Third Restatement Effective Date means November 3, 2016.
