Threatened Release definition

Threatened Release means a substantial likelihood of a Release which requires action to prevent or mitigate damage to the soil, surface waters, groundwaters, land, stream sediments, surface or subsurface strata, ambient air or any other environmental medium comprising or surrounding any Property which may result from such Release.

• Further, except as otherwise reflected in Schedule 3.1(d), there has been no Release or Threatened Release of Environmental Contaminants at, to, from or about the Assets.

More Definitions of Threatened Release

Threatened Release means a condition, circumstance, or incident making it necessary to take immediate action to prevent, reduce, or mitigate a release with the potential to cause damage or harm to persons, property, or the environment.

Threatened Release means any event that has occurred or other circumstances that exist that could lead a prudent Person to conclude that any Release whether intentional or unintentional, is reasonably likely to occur now or in the future.

Threatened Release means a condition creating a substantial probability of harm, when the probability and potential extent of harm make it reasonably necessary to take immediate action to prevent, reduce, or mitigate damages to persons, property, or the environment.

Threatened Release has the same meaning that such term is given when used in CERCLA.
