Threatened Release definition

Threatened Release means a substantial likelihood of a Release which requires action to prevent or mitigate damage to the soil, surface waters, groundwaters, land, stream sediments, surface or subsurface strata, ambient air or any other environmental medium comprising or surrounding any Property which may result from such Release.
Threatened Release means a substantial likelihood of a sudden Release that requires immediate action to prevent or mitigate damage to the environment that may result from such Release;
Threatened Release or “threat of release” means any circumstance that may reasonably be anticipated to cause a release.

  • Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, and without limiting any other provision of this Lease, effectuate any Remediation required by any Governmental Authority of any condition (including, but not limited to, a Release or Threatened Release) in, on, under or from the Properties and take any other reasonable action deemed necessary by any Governmental Authority for protection of human health or the environment.


More Definitions of Threatened Release

Threatened Release means any event that has occurred or other circumstances that exist that could lead a prudent Person to conclude that any Release whether intentional or unintentional, is reasonably likely to occur now or in the future.
Threatened Release means a condition, circumstance, or incident making it necessary to take immediate action to prevent, reduce, or mitigate a release with the potential to cause damage or harm to persons, property, or the environment.
