If any judgment or judgments (other than any judgment for which it is fully insured) against any Loan Party or any Material Subsidiary in an aggregate amount in excess of the Threshold Amount remains unpaid, unstayed on appeal, undischarged, unbonded or undismissed for a period of thirty (30) days after entry thereof.
