Threshold Performance Level definition

Threshold Performance Level means the level of achievement of the Performance Goals within the Performance Criteria below which no awards may be paid to a Participant.
Threshold Performance Level means in respect of a Term the level of achievement of the performance measures established pursuant to Section 6(a) which would result in the minimum number of Performance Stock Units granted to a Participant to mature;
Threshold Performance Level means 75% of the Target Performance Level.

More Definitions of Threshold Performance Level

Threshold Performance Level means the least stringent Performance Standard established by the Committee with respect to a Performance Award.
Threshold Performance Level means the minimum level of acceptable performance for which incentive awards will be earned for any of the established performance objectives or measures.
