Ticket Rebate Revenue definition
Ticket Rebate Revenue means any and all rebates, refunds, volume discounts or other payments payable by the Facility's ticket selling agent pursuant to the provisions of the Facility's ticket sales agreement and which is payable on account of the sale of tickets to Events at the Facility.
Examples of Ticket Rebate Revenue in a sentence
The term "Available Gross Ticket Revenue" shall not include within its definition (x) revenue received from the sale of tickets for Box Seats, (y) Ticket Rebate Revenue or (z) any portion of Season Ticket Revenue which is not allocated to a T & P Event pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.05 hereof.
