Ticket Rights definition

Ticket Rights means all tickets, ticket rights, ticket holder lists and ticket issuance arrangements relating to admission to NHL hockey games, whether home or away and whether involving pre-season, regular season or post-season games but excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Commingled Assets in respect thereof.
Ticket Rights means the rights to purchase tickets pursuant to Clauses 5.1, 5.4 and/or 5.5 of Part 1 of these Terms and Conditions during the Ticket Rights Period; and

Examples of Ticket Rights in a sentence

  • In the event that the Club elects to operate a White Market in respect of any Debenture Match Day, the Club shall indicate in the Ticket Notification relating to that Debenture Match Day, the maximum numberof Ticket Rights that it shall buy from Debenture Holders pursuant to such 17White Market (the “Total White Market Allocation”).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Ticket Rights Period for Grand Stand Bronze Restricted Term Debentures shall run from z7th February z007 to$1st October z011 only.z. For the avoidance of doubt, the Relevant Debenture Seating Area for z1Grand Stand Bronze Restricted Term Debentures shall be located in the Upper Grand Stand.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Ticket Rights Period for Mound Stand Silver Restricted Term Debentures shall run from z7th February z007 to $1st October z010 only.z. A Mound Stand Silver Restricted Term Debenture Holder, during such reduced Ticket Rights Period, shall be entitled to the rights applying to Mound Stand Silver Debentures as set out in Part $ of Section iii of this document.$.

  • In furtherance thereof, the Company shall take such actions as the Employee may reasonably request in connection with the Ticket Rights underlying any Work-around.

  • The Company shall continue to subscribe and pay for the Ticket Rights currently subscribed for or any other seats approved by the Employee, and the Employee shall continue to be entitled to control the subscription, and access to and use of the Ticket Rights, including to choose to whom Ticket Rights may be allocated, on a game-by-game or other basis, all in accordance with current practice.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Ticket Rights Period for the Mound Stand Gold Restricted Term Debentures shall run from z7th February z007 to $1st October z009 only.z. A Mound Stand Gold Restricted Term Debenture Holder, during such reduced Ticket Rights Period, shall be entitled to the rights attaching to Mound Stand Gold Debentures as set out in Part z ofSection iii of this document.$.

  • The Club shall notify, in writing, all relevant Debenture Holders, by no later than z1st April z007 in respect of the z007 Cricket Season and, in respect of each subsequent Cricket Season, by no later than 7th February of the relevant year, whether or not they have been successful in selling to the Club any or all of the Ticket Rights in respect of which they have served a White Market Election.

  • In case any Ticket Rights are not by their terms or under law freely assignable or transferable, the Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain, or cause to be obtained, any approvals or consents necessary to convey to the Employee the benefit thereof.

Related to Ticket Rights

  • Direct Rights means the rights referred to in Clause 2.1 (Direct Rights - Creation);

  • Trade Secret Rights means the rights of an Assignor in any Trade Secret it holds.

  • Sui Generis Database Rights means rights other than copyright resulting from Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, as amended and/or succeeded, as well as other essentially equivalent rights anywhere in the world.

  • Use Rights means the license terms and terms of service for each Product published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time. The Use Rights supersede the terms of any end user license agreement that accompanies a Product. License terms for all Products are published in the Product Terms. Terms of service for Online Services are published in the Online Services Terms.

  • Appurtenant Rights means (i) all agreements, easements, rights of way or use, rights of ingress or egress, privileges, appurtenances, tenements, hereditaments and other rights and benefits at any time belonging or pertaining to the Land or the Improvements, including, without limitation, the use of any streets, ways, alleys, vaults or strips of land adjoining, abutting, adjacent or contiguous to the Land and (ii) all permits, licenses and rights, whether or not of record, appurtenant to the Land.

  • Contract Rights means all rights of any Assignor under each Contract, including, without limitation, (i) any and all rights to receive and demand payments under any or all Contracts, (ii) any and all rights to receive and compel performance under any or all Contracts and (iii) any and all other rights, interests and claims now existing or in the future arising in connection with any or all Contracts.

  • Trade Rights means and include: (i) all trademark rights, business identifiers, trade dress, service marks, trade names and brand names, all registrations thereof and applications therefor and all goodwill associated with the foregoing; (ii) all copyrights, copyright registrations and copyright applications, and all other rights associated with the foregoing and the underlying works of authorship; (iii) all patents and patent applications, and all international proprietary rights associated therewith; (iv) all contracts or agreements granting any right, title, license or privilege under the intellectual property rights of any third party; (v) all inventions, mask works and mask work registrations, know-how, discoveries, improvements, designs, trade secrets, shop and royalty rights, employee covenants and agreements respecting intellectual property and non-competition and all other types of intellectual property; and (vi) all claims for infringement or breach of any of the foregoing.

  • Company IP Rights means all Intellectual Property owned, licensed, or controlled by the Company or its Subsidiaries that is necessary for or used in the operation of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries as presently conducted.

  • Public Rights-of-Way means the area on, below, or above a public roadway, highway, street, public sidewalk, alley, waterway, or utility easements dedicated for compatible uses.

  • Background Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights owned, controlled, obtained, or licensed by a Party at any time prior to or after the term of this Agreement, or arising from development of Technology created independently of this Agreement.

  • Default Rights has the meaning assigned to that term in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 12 C.F.R. §§ 252.81, 47.2 or 382.1, as applicable.

  • Trademark Rights means all common law and other rights (but in no event any of the obligations) in and to the Trademarks in the United States and any state thereof and in foreign countries.

  • Inbound Licenses means, collectively, any Contract (including covenants not to xxx) or other permission pursuant to which Seller is authorized or otherwise permitted to access or exploit any other Person’s IP, or any Contract pursuant to which Seller obtains a right to access or exploit a Person’s IP in the form of commercially available object code software or services, such as a software as a services Contract or a cloud services Contract.

  • Transferred Intellectual Property Rights means (a) the Transferred Patents, (b) the Transferred Copyrights, (c) the Transferred Internet Properties, (d) the Transferred Industrial Designs, (e) The Transferred Database Rights,(f) the Transferred Mask Work Rights, (g) the Transferred Trade Secrets, and (h) the Transferred Trademarks.

  • Intellectual Property Rights or IPR means copyright, rights related to or affording protection similar to copyright, rights in databases, patents and rights in inventions, semi-conductor topography rights, trade marks, rights in internet domain names and website addresses and other rights in trade or business names, designs, Know-How, trade secrets and other rights in Confidential Information; applications for registration, and the right to apply for registration, for any of the rights listed at (a) that are capable of being registered in any country or jurisdiction; and all other rights having equivalent or similar effect in any country or jurisdiction;

  • Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights that are the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration, or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any Governmental Authority in any jurisdiction.

  • Special declarant rights means rights reserved for the benefit of a declarant to:

  • Third Party Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property owned by a third party.

  • Owned Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Intellectual Property Rights means the Intellectual Property owned or used by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Owned Software means all computer, software or firmware programs, modules or libraries owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property Rights owned by a third party that a Person has a right to use, exploit or practice by virtue of a license grant, immunity from Legal Action or otherwise.

  • Business Intellectual Property Rights means (a) the Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed by the Group Companies and (b) any other Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed by Seller or any of its other Subsidiaries and used solely in the conduct of the Business.

  • Access Rights means licences and user rights to foreground or background;

  • Background Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property introduced and required by either Party to give effect to their obligations under this Agreement owned in whole or in part by or licensed to either Party or their affiliates prior to the Commencement Date or developed after the Commencement Date otherwise pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Licensed IP Rights means, collectively, the Licensed Patent Rights and the Licensed Know-How Rights.
