Tier 1 Capital definition

Tier 1 Capital means Tier 1 capital for the purposes of the Capital Regulations.
Tier 1 Capital means Additional Tier 1 Capital or any item that qualifies as common equity tier 1 capital pursuant to National Regulations.
Tier 1 Capital means capital which is treated as a constituent of Tier 1 under the CRD/CRR requirements by the Relevant Regulator for the purposes of the Issuer and/or the Group, as applicable;

More Definitions of Tier 1 Capital

Tier 1 Capital means capital qualifying as, and approved by the Regulator as, tier 1 capital in accordance with the Capital Regulations;
Tier 1 Capital means at any time tier 1 capital as interpreted and applied in accordance with the Applicable Banking Regulations;

Tier 1 Capital means the Tier 1 capital of the Issuer (on a Level 1 basis) or the Issuer Group (on a Level 2 basis or, if applicable, a Level 3 basis) as defined by APRA from time to time.
