Tier 3 Participant definition
Tier 3 Participant means each Participant designated in Schedule I hereto as a Tier 3 Participant, as that schedule may be amended in accordance with Section 2.01.
Tier 3 Participant means each other employee of the Company or an Affiliated Entity who is designated by the Committee in writing as a Participant.
Tier 3 Participant means any Participant who the Committee has designated as a Tier 3 Participant.
Examples of Tier 3 Participant in a sentence
Within 30 days of your date of hire, you will be designated as a Tier 3 Participant in the Severance Plan.
Your Participant classification is [Tier 1 Participant]/ [Tier 2 Participant]/ [Tier 3 Participant], and you shall be eligible to receive severance payments and benefits in accordance with the Plan and such classification.
More Definitions of Tier 3 Participant
Tier 3 Participant means each Participant designated in writing by the Board or the Compensation and Human Capital Committee as a Tier 3 Participant, as that designation may be amended in accordance with Section 2.01.
Tier 3 Participant means each of the Tier 3 Participants who may be set forth on Exhibit A-2 to this Plan from time to time. For purposes of this definition, if an employee is designated a Tier 3 Participant on Exhibit A-2 immediately prior to a Change in Control, such employee shall be eligible for benefits as such under this Plan.
Tier 3 Participant means a Participant who has been designated by the Committee as a Tier 3 Participant in accordance with Section 3.2 below.
Tier 3 Participant means each Participant who is an Other Key Employee.
Tier 3 Participant means each individual who is designated by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer on or after the date hereof as a Tier 3 Participant.
Tier 3 Participant means a Participant who is a Vice President or a Senior Vice President level employee.
Tier 3 Participant means any employee who holds the title of Senior Vice President but is not a member of the Company’s Executive Leadership Team and any other Eligible Employee, in each case, whom the Committee has designated as a Tier 3 Participant pursuant to Section 2.01 of this Plan.
