Tier 5 definition

Tier 5 means employees of an Employer in job grades 1 to 6.
Tier 5 each have the meaning set out in Sections 6.2.1-6.2.5 respectively.
Tier 5 means any Employee of the Employer that is not assigned to Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, or Tier 4.

More Definitions of Tier 5

Tier 5 means the Employee(s) of the Employer with the title(s) of Supervisor or Key Technical.

Tier 5 shall be in effect when the aggregate principal amount of the Senior Subordinated Notes is greater than $200 million.
