Tier Status definition

Tier Status means the Partner level that a Partner has reached based on Net New ARR. Tier Status levels may be adjusted from time to time in iCIMS’ sole discretion, and may be found in the Tiers and Categories Schedule available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/partner/gc/.
Tier Status means the statuses as set out in clause 10.
Tier Status means the membership tier level achieved based on the level of non-rent spend on your Bilt Mastercard in any given month, which is further defined in the section 7, “Tier Status;”

Examples of Tier Status in a sentence

  • Partner must maintain its Tier Status to continue to receive the associated benefits with that tier by referring Qualified Opportunities that convert into Qualified Contracts that contribute the necessary Net New ARR before the end of each calendar year.

  • The site has moved to Upper Tier Status due to the increase in the inventory of two substances, which are already stored / involved in industrial processes on the Emerald Kalama site.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Partner’s existing Tier Status shall not be affected, but may be subject to future adjustments as provided herein.

  • Identification of Members in need of ICC services occurs through surveillance of: Referral and PA requests Facility discharge reports Provider referrals Member requests DHS referrals OHP Tier Status Care Coordination staff are available to assist Members Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • One (1) winner will be drawn every thirty (30) minutes to select a number of balloons, based on their Tier Status, to win Free Bonus Play.

  • All transfers will be reassessed for their Tier Status based on school or census.

Related to Tier Status

  • Level III Status exists at any date if, on such date, (i) the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status or Level II Status and (ii) the Borrower's Xxxxx'x Rating is Baa2 or better or the Borrower's S&P Rating is BBB or better.

  • Level I Status exists at any date if, as of the last day of the fiscal quarter of the Borrower referred to in the most recent Financials, the Leverage Ratio is less than 1.00 to 1.00.

  • Level II Status exists at any date if, on such date, (i) the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status and (ii) the Borrower's Xxxxx'x Rating is Baa1 or better or the Borrower's S&P Rating is BBB+ or better.

  • Inactive status means the status of a practitioner licensed or registered pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 153 who is not currently engaged in the practice of dentistry, dental hygiene, or dental assisting in the state of Iowa and who has paid the required renewal fee but who has not met the requirements for continuing education.

  • Qualification Date means the date as of which the Offering Statement was or will be qualified with the Commission pursuant to Regulation A, the Act and the Rules and Regulations; and

  • Migratory child ’ means a child who made a qualify- ing move in the preceding 36 months:

  • Health status-related factor means any of the following factors:

  • Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.

  • adopted child means a child under 16 years of age.

  • Qualification Period means the period of time in which a CDC Owner, Operator or a Qualified Colocation Tenant is eligible for Program benefits and means specifically (a) in respect to a CDC Owner or Operator, as defined in subsection IX.A. and (b) in respect to a CDC Qualified Colocation Tenant, as defined in subsection IX.B.

  • Familial status means the condition of one or more minors being domiciled with:

  • Relevant Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, any actual or potential bidder or any adviser acting on behalf of any actual or potential bidder relating to any potential Change of Control where within 180 days following the date of such announcement or statement, a Change of Control occurs.

  • marital status means being single, married as recognized by the state of Connecticut, widowed, separated or divorced;

  • Expected date of birth means the day certified by a medical practitioner to be the day on which the medical practitioner expects the employee or the employee's partner, as the case may be, to give birth to a child;
