TIIE Rate definition

TIIE Rate means, in relation to any Loan in Mexican Pesos for any day, the rate per annum equal to the Interbanking Equilibrium Interest Rate (“TIIE”), or a comparable or successor rate which rate is reasonably selected by the Administrative Agent, as published by Banco de Mexico in the Federation’s Official Gazette (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) at or about 2:00 x.x. (Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx time) for an amount comparable to the amount of that Loan on such day for overnight deposits and, if any such applicable rate is below zero, the TIIE Rate for such day will be deemed to be zero; provided, that, after the date hereof and to the extent a comparable or successor rate is reasonably selected by the Administrative Agent (as contemplated above), such selected rate shall be applied in a manner consistent with market practice; provided, further that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, such selected rate shall be applied in a manner as otherwise reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent.
TIIE Rate means the rate per annum equal to the Interbank Equilibrium Interest Rate, or a comparable or successor rate that is approved by the applicable Funding Agent, as published by Banco de Mexico in the Federation’s Official Gazette (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the applicable Funding Agent from time to time) at or about 2:00 p.m. (Mexico City, Mexico time) with a term equivalent to the applicable Interest Period. If the TIIE Rate for any Interest Period shall be less than zero (0), such rate shall be deemed to be zero (0) for such Interest Period for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • Each such notice shall specify the date and amount of such prepayment and the Type(s) of Committed Loans to be prepaid and, if Eurocurrency Rate Committed Loans, Term SOFR Rate Loans or TIIE Rate Loans are to be prepaid, the Interest Period(s) of the applicable Loans.

  • Any prepayment of a Eurocurrency Rate Committed Loan, Term SOFR Rate Loan or TIIE Rate Loan shall be accompanied by all accrued interest on the amount prepaid, together with any additional amount required pursuant to Section 7.5.   • Except as otherwise provided herein, a Eurocurrency Rate Committed Loan, a Term SOFR Rate Loan and a TIIE Rate Loan may be continued or converted only on the last day of an Interest Period for such Eurocurrency Rate Committed Loan, Term SOFR Rate Loan or TIIE Rate Loan, as applicable.

  • Each request for a Credit Extension (other than a Committed Loan Notice requesting only a conversion of Committed Loans to another Type or a continuation of Eurocurrency Rate Committed Loans, Term SOFR Rate Loans or TIIE Rate Loans) submitted by Prologis shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in Sections 8.2.1 and 8.2.2 have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Credit Extension.


More Definitions of TIIE Rate

TIIE Rate means, in relation to any Loan in Mexican Pesos, the rate per annum equal to the Interbanking Equilibrium Interest Rate, as published by Banco de Mexico in the Federation’s Official Gazette (or if not available, such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) on the Rate Determination Date with a term equivalent to 28 days and, if any such applicable rate is below zero, the TIIE Rate will be deemed to be zero.
TIIE Rate means the equilibrium interbanking interest rate for the 28 (twenty-eight) day term, or if the end of said period shall fall on a day which is not a Business Day, for the 26-, 27-, 29- or 31-day term as determined by Banco de Mexico and published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, on the business day immediately preceding the date of commencement of each Interest Period. In case the interest rate for any of the above referred Interest Periods shall not be determined by Banco de Mexico, for the purposes of this Promissory Note any rate in substitution of the "TIIE Rate" shall be considered as such when it is so made known by Banco de Mexico.
TIIE Rate means any rate specified by Banco de México as the substitute rate therefor.
TIIE Rate means, on any date of determination, the Equilibrium Interbank Interest Rate (Tasa de Interés Interbancaria de Equilibrio) for a period of twenty-eight (28) days as published by the Central Bank in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on such date, or of most recent publication, prior to the such date, or if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day on which there was such a quote.
TIIE Rate means the rate per annum equal to TIIE, or a comparable successor rate that is approved by the Agent, as published by Banco de México in the Federation’s Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federación) (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Agent from time to time) at or about 2:00 p.m. (Mexico City Mexico time) on the Rate Determination Date with a term equivalent to the applicable Interest Period. In no event shall the TIIE Rate be less than zero for purposes of this Agreement.
TIIE Rate means, for each Interest Period with respect to Peso Loans, the Equilibrium Interbank Interest Rate (Tasa de Interes Interbancaria de Equilibrio) for a period of 28 days or such other period so published as is most nearly equal to the relevant Interest Period, as determined by the Mexican Administrative Agent, all as published by Banco de México in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on the first Peso Business Day,
TIIE Rate means for each Interest Period, the 28-day Equilibrium Interbank Interest Rate published by Banco de México in the Official Gazette of the Federation on the first Business Day of each Interest Period.
