Time Charterer definition

Time Charterer means Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd., a company incorporated in Japan;

Time Charterer means Americas Bulk Transport (BVI) Limited, a company organized and existing under the laws of the British Virgin Islands;

Time Charterer means, in relation to NORDIC ODYSSEY and NORDIC ORION, ST Shipping, and in relation to NORDIC OSHIMA, Nordic Bulk;

Time Charterer means any person which is a party to a Time Charter (as charterer) from time to time.

Time Charterer means, in relation to a Ship, the time charterer named in Schedule 2 (Ship information) as time charterer of that Ship.
