Time Requirements definition

Time Requirements has the meaning given in clause 8.1.
Time Requirements means the longest period from the quote request to the delivery of the quote.
Time Requirements means the time for filing all pleadings, appeals, and all other filings; time limitations; deadlines; and other directives related to time, including non-constitutional jurisdictional deadlines.

Examples of Time Requirements in a sentence

  • The time periods established by the Contract Time Requirements and the Owner’s Project Schedule requirements shall not be changed without the written consent from the Owner.

Related to Time Requirements

  • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.

  • Pretreatment requirements means any substantive or procedural requirement related to pretreatment, other than a pretreatment standard, imposed on an industrial user.

  • Perfection Requirements means the making or procuring of filings, stampings, registrations, notarisations, endorsements, translations and/or notifications of any Finance Document (and/or any Security created under it) necessary for the validity, enforceability (as against the relevant Obligor or any relevant third party) and/or perfection of that Finance Document.
