Title II Services definition

Title II Services are those services provided by the Subconsultant after the award of the contract for the construction of the Project consisting primarily of services during the construction of the Project.
Title II Services are those services provided by the Consultant after the award of the contract for the construction of the Project, consisting primarily of engineering services during the construction of the Project. “Title II Services Ceiling Price”. The Title II Services Ceiling Price for this Agreement is $ ______________. The Title II Services Ceiling price is the maximum aggregate amount of all payments that the Owner may become obligated to make under this Agreement for fees and costs related to Title II Services. In no event, unless modified in writing, shall total payments by the Owner related to Title II Services exceed the Title II Services Ceiling Price. The Consultant shall not be entitled to receive adjustment, reimbursement, or payment for, nor shall the Owner, its officers, agents, employees, or representatives, incur any liability for, any fee or cost related to, Title II Services exceeding the Title II Services Ceiling Price.
Title II Services means A-E services for the final design (95% completion) of project design activities including restudy and redesign to incorporate changes from the Title I activities and final drawings.

  • A/E compensation for performing these services shall be included as part of the Title I and Title II Services, as applicable.

  • Providers of Title II Services are represented on the Board of Directors and are members on some of the Board’s Sub-Committees, like, the One Stop Committee and the Youth Committee.

  • Reimbursable expenses are in addition to compensation for Title I and Title II Services and include expenses incurred by the A/E and the A/E’s consultants directly related to the Project.
