Title II Services are those services provided by the Consultant after the award of the contract for construction of the Project, consisting primarily of services during the construction of the Project.
Title II Services are those services provided by the Consultant after the award of the contract for the construction of the Project, consisting primarily of engineering services during the construction of the Project. “Title II Services Ceiling Price”. Title II Services means A-E services for the final design (95% completion) of project design activities including restudy and redesign to incorporate changes from the Title I activities and final drawings.
