All matters shown on the Survey and exceptions listed in the Commitment or the Reports which are not objected to by Buyer within the Title Objection Period, shall be conclusively deemed to be acceptable to Buyer.
If Purchaser fails to deliver Purchaser's Title Notice to Seller prior to the expiration of the Title Objection Period, all of the matters shown on the Survey and all of the exceptions listed in the Title Report shall be conclusively deemed to be acceptable to Purchaser.
