The Title Policies shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.
To the Borrowers' Knowledge, except as set forth in the Title Policies and/or the Surveys, neither the zoning nor any other right to construct, use or operate any Property is in any way dependent upon or related to any real estate other than such Property.
