Title Policy Endorsements definition

Title Policy Endorsements means the Title Policy endorsements required by Buyer to ensure provision of all coverage required pursuant to Section 2.2.5, including deleting or providing Insured Exceptions over Title Objections as required pursuant to Section 2.2.6. The Title Policy Endorsements shall also include the following endorsements for each Land Contract site: (i) either ALTA 17-06 (Access and Entry) or ALTA 17.1-06 (Indirect Access and Entry); (ii) either ALTA 18-06 (Single Tax Parcel) or ALTA 18.1-06 (Multiple Tax Parcel); (iii) ALTA 22-06 (Location);
