Seller’s Title Warranties: Seller warrants that on the Closing Date, Seller will convey good, marketable, and fee simple title to the Property to Buyer by the type of deed specified herein, subject to the following; a) liens for real property taxes not yet due and payable, b) exceptions to which Buyer does not object or which Buyer waives in accordance with the Title Objections paragraph herein, and c) any other exceptions attached as an exhibit for which Buyer has agreed not to object to.
