To the Administrator. An Administrator Expenses Payment not to exceed $ except for a showing of good cause and as approved by the Court. To the extent the Administration Expenses are less or the Court approves payment less than $ , the Administrator will retain the remainder in the Net Settlement Amount.

To the extent the Administration Expenses are less or the Court approves payment less than $15,000, the Administrator will retain the remainder in the Net Settlement Amount.
To the Administrator. An Administrator Expenses Payment not to exceed Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) except for a showing of good cause and as approved by the Court. To the extent the Administration Expenses are less, or the Court approves payment less than $25,000.00, the Administrator will retain the remainder in the Net Settlement Amount.
To the Administrator. The Settlement Administrator will be paid for the reasonable costs of administration of the Settlement and distribution of payments under the Settlement, which is currently estimated not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.00). To the extent actual Administration Costs are greater than the estimated amount stated herein, such excess amount will be disclosed to the Court and deducted from the Gross Settlement Amount, subject to approval by the Court. Any portion of the estimated, designated, and/or awarded Administration Costs which are not in fact required to fulfill payment to the Administrator to undertake the required settlement administration duties will become part of the Net Settlement Amount to be distributed to Participating Class Members.

The Administrator assumes full responsibility and liability for taxes owed on the Administrator Expenses Payment and holds Defendant harmless, and indemnifies Defendant, from any dispute or controversy regarding these Payments.
