Toll Plaza definition

Toll Plaza means such establishments maintained by the Concessionaire, wherever located, whereby users are required to pay the toll amount applicable on a vehicle for usage of the Highway.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the minimum area of land to be acquired for the Toll Plaza and approach roads thereof shall conform to the provisions of Schedule - B and Schedule - C.

More Definitions of Toll Plaza

Toll Plaza means a structure on a toll road where toll is payable in terms of this Act, or any electrical, electronic or mechanical device on a toll road for recording the liability to pay toll, or any combination of such a structure and such a device, and includes a toll gate;
