Tolling Period definition

Tolling Period for purposes of this Rule, means a period during which days are not counted toward the deadlines specified in Subsections R313-25-6(3)(c), (4)(c)(i), (5)(b)(i), and (6)(b)(i).
Tolling Period has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.1(b). (119) “Transfer” (including the term “Transferred”) has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.2(a).

Examples of Tolling Period in a sentence

  • For all purposes herein, both the first and last day of the Tolling Period shall be deemed to be contained in the Tolling Period.
