Examples of Top Suppliers in a sentence

  • None of the Top Suppliers have advised the Company, whether verbally or in writing, that any Top Supplier intends to refuse or otherwise fail to supply Goods to the Company after the Closing or has breached its obligations to the Company in any material respect since December 31, 2019 that was not cured after a reasonable period after notice from the Company.

  • To Manitex’s Knowledge, the Company has received no indication from any of the Top Customers or Top Suppliers of an intention to terminate its business relationship with the Company or to limit or alter its business relationship with the Company in any material respect.
