Total Cash Consideration definition

Total Cash Consideration means the product of (a) the Cash Consideration and (b) the number of shares of Company Common Stock subject to such Company Option immediately prior to the Company Merger Effective Time.
Total Cash Consideration means the sum of (i) the aggregate cash consideration to be paid in exchange for Home Common Stock and (ii) the aggregate cash consideration to be paid in lieu of fractional shares of Home Common Stock pursuant to Section 2.3(f).
