Total Debt Leverage Ratio definition

Total Debt Leverage Ratio means, for the most recently ended fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Debt to (b) Consolidated EBITDAX for the Test Period ending on such date (in each case, after giving pro forma effect to transactions contemplated in such period as set forth in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDAX” during such Test Period, as if such transaction or event occurred on the first day of the Test Period).
Total Debt Leverage Ratio means, at any time and determined on a consolidated basis, the ratio of Total Debt to EBITDA (determined with respect to the most recently-completed two financial quarters of the Parent Guarantor on an annualized basis).
Total Debt Leverage Ratio means, as of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the ratio of Consolidated Funded Indebtedness to Consolidated EBITDA (computed for the four fiscal quarters then ending).
