Total Domestic Assets definition

Total Domestic Assets means, at any time, the Total Assets of the Company and its Domestic Subsidiaries at such time.
Total Domestic Assets means, as of any date of determination, all domestic cash, all domestic cash equivalents and all domestic accounts receivable of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries at such time subject to the perfected, first priority security interest of the Security Documents; provided that, in determining “Total Domestic Assets,” domestic accounts receivable shall be valued at their face value less reserves or accruals for uncollectible accounts determined to be sufficient in accordance with GAAP at such time.
