Total Funded Debt definition

Total Funded Debt means all Funded Debt of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
Total Funded Debt means, as of any date, Consolidated Total Debt excluding intercompany Indebtedness, deferred income taxes, security deposits, accounts payable and accrued liabilities, and any prepaid rents, in each case determined in accordance with GAAP.
Total Funded Debt means, at any time the same is to be determined, the aggregate amount of all Indebtedness under clauses (a), (c), (d) and (e) (to the extent, in the case of clause (e), that such obligations are funded obligations that have not been reimbursed within two (2) Business Days following the funding thereof) of such definition of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

Total Funded Debt means, with respect to the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries at any time, the total amount of Debt at such time, whether such Debt is matured, unmatured, absolute, contingent or otherwise.
