Total Funded Debt definition

Total Funded Debt means all Funded Debt of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
Total Funded Debt means, with respect to the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries at any time, the total amount of Debt at such time, whether such Debt is matured, unmatured, absolute, contingent or otherwise.

More Definitions of Total Funded Debt

Total Funded Debt means, at any time the same is to be determined, the aggregate amount of all Indebtedness under clauses (a), (c), (d) and (e) (to the extent, in the case of clause (e), that such obligations are funded obligations that have not been reimbursed within two (2) Business Days following the funding thereof) of such definition of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

Total Funded Debt means, at any time the same is to be determined, the aggregate of all Indebtedness for Borrowed Money of the Company and its Subsidiaries at such time, plus all Indebtedness for Borrowed Money of any other Person which is directly or indirectly guaranteed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has agreed (contingently or otherwise) to purchase or otherwise acquire or in respect of which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has otherwise assured a creditor against loss.
