Total Height definition

Total Height means the highest point, above ground level, reached by a rotor tip or any other part of the Wind Energy Conversion System.
Total Height means the vertical distance from ground level to the tip of a wind generator blade when the tip is at its highest point.

Total Height means the height from the grade at the base of the building on which a SWES is mounted to the highest vertical extension of a SWES.
