Starting with the Computation Period ending on March 31, 2022, not permit the Total Recourse Debt to Consolidated Tangible Net Worth Ratio for any Computation Period to exceed 4.50 to 1.00.
For the avoidance of doubt, Total Recourse Debt shall include Debt (if any) under any SCMI Ownership Based Financings.
