Total Stockholder Return definition

Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a share of the Company’s common stock.
Total Stockholder Return means with respect to the Corporation or other entities (if measures on a relative basis), the (i) change in the market price of its common stock (as quoted in the principal market on which it is traded as of the beginning and ending of the period) plus dividends and other distributions paid, divided by (ii) the beginning quoted market price, all of which is adjusted for any changes in equity structure, including but not limited to stock splits and stock dividends.
Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.

Total Stockholder Return or “TSR” means, with respect to a share of Common Stock as of a particular date of determination, the sum of: (A) the difference, positive or negative, between the Ending Common Stock Price as of such date and the Baseline Value, plus (B) the total per-share dividends and other distributions (excluding distributions described in Section 6) with respect to the Common Stock declared between the Effective Date and such date of determination and assuming contemporaneous reinvestment in Common Stock of all such dividends and distributions, using as a re-investment price, the closing price per share of the Common Stock as of the most recent ex-dividend date so long as the “ex-dividend” date with respect thereto falls prior to such date of determination.
Total Stockholder Return means the number calculated by dividing (i) the Closing Average Share Value minus the Opening Average Share Value (in each case adjusted to take into consideration the cumulative amount of dividends per share for the Measurement Period, assuming reinvestment, as of the of applicable ex-dividend date, of all cash dividends and other cash distributions (excluding cash distributions resulting from share repurchases or redemptions by the Company) paid to stockholders) by (ii) the Opening Average Share Value.
