Tow truck driver means an individual operating a tow truck in the removal of a vehicle from private property.
Tow truck driver means a Person who alone or with others, drives, manages, supervises, runs or directs the business, activity or undertaking carried on with a tow truck, includes a Person who is licensed or required to be licensed under the provisions of this By-law, and “drive”, “driving” and other words of like import or intent shall be given a corresponding meaning;
Tow truck driver means an individual who drives a tow truck as defined in § 46.2-100.
