Tower Assets definition

Tower Assets means wireless transmission towers and related assets that are located on the site of a transmission tower.
Tower Assets means wireless transmission or broadcast towers and related assets that are located on the site of a wireless transmission or broadcast tower.
Tower Assets means wireless transmission towers and other assets used or usable in a Permitted Business.

More Definitions of Tower Assets

Tower Assets means assets and businesses constituting Tower Sites, Shared Tenant Infrastructure Sites, Towers or "build to suit" businesses owned by the Borrower or any Designated Subsidiary, and any and all Assets relating thereto (including, without limitation, tower structures, concrete pads, tower lighting and fences, interests in real property related thereto, third party tenant leases and permits and documents related thereto).
Tower Assets means the broadcast towers, transmitters and antennas and related real property on which they are situated owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Tower Assets shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 7.33.
Tower Assets means, individually, and collectively, all of the real and personal tangible and intangible assets, properties and rights owned by the Tower Owners, wherever situated and located, that are used in, or accounted for as a part of, the ownership and operation of the Towers (as defined below), and the operation of the business related thereto, including without limitation the following:
Tower Assets means all assets, properties, right, title and other interest of the Company used or held for use in connection with the Business, whether tangible or intangible, real, personal or mixed, including those listed in clauses (a) through (p) below, whether or not any of such assets, properties, rights, title or other interest have any value for accounting purposes or are carried or reflected on the financial statements of the Company, including the following:
Tower Assets means (i) communications tower or monopole structures ("Tower Structures"), tower lighting, grounding systems and fencing, (ii) all real property and real property leasehold interests (including easements and rights of way with respect to access roads) that are owned or held by Tower Sub or any Assignor at the site locations of the Tower Structures, (iii) all Permits that are necessary for, or were otherwise obtained in connection with, the construction, use, or operation of a Tower Structure, and (iv) all documents and records in possession of Tower Sub or any Assignor relating to the foregoing, provided that such term does not include Communication Equipment (as defined in the Master Site Commitment Agreement).
