Towers definition

Towers means the communications towers on the Sites.
Towers means any towers or other "antenna structures" as defined by the FCC in Part 17 of the FCC Rules.

Additionally, the characterization of Towers considers that they have a fully functional Base Radio Station owned by Sellers, its Affiliates and/or Third Parties.
