Township Board definition

Township Board means the Township Board of the Township of Sharon or its designee. This subsection does not authorize delegation of any decision or function that is required by law to be made by the Township Board. In any case in which a hearing is held pursuant to this Ordinance, the Township Board may conduct the hearing or, in its sole discretion, may by resolution appoint a committee or subcommittee of the Board or a hearing officer to conduct the hearing and submit a proposal for decision to it, pursuant to procedures established by resolution.
Township Board means the township board of a township constituted as provided in section 70.
Township Board means the governing body of the Township of Livingston.
