Track Usage Price List means the document entitled "Track Usage Price List" published by Network Rail on or about 20 December 2018 which, for the purposes of this contract, shall be deemed to incorporate any supplements to that document consented to or determined pursuant to paragraph 2.2.10 of Schedule 7 to this contract or a freight track access contract previously held by the Train Operator;
Track Usage Price List means the document entitled "Track Usage Price List" published by Network Rail on or about 20 December 2023;
Track Usage Price List means the document entitled “Track Usage Price List” published by Network Rail on or about 20 December 2013;

In the case of a supplement to the Track Usage Price List, the supplement shall have retrospective effect from the first day of the VUC Default Period.
