Trade Creditors definition

Trade Creditors means all debts and other money which at or after C&P Completion or C&P Trust Declaration (as the case may be) are or become owing by the Seller in relation to goods or services sold or provided to the Seller exclusively in respect of the Hospital Business on or prior to C&P Completion or C&P Trust Declaration (as the case may be).
Trade Creditors. Payment” means the Trade Creditors’ Payment as defined in the MHI Settlement Agreement.
Trade Creditors means those Persons that (i) are Creditors of the Debtors on account of goods or services provided to the Debtors prior to the Petition Date, and (ii) will continue to supply goods or services to the Reorganized Debtors.

More Definitions of Trade Creditors

Trade Creditors means all amounts payable at Closing in respect of trade creditors by a Target Company or, in relation to the Business, by the Business Seller primarily with respect to that Business (including, in each case, any Inter-Company Trading Debt, customers’ prepayments and trade bills payable) and Capital Creditors;
