Trade Names definition

Trade Names means any words, name or symbol used by a Person to identify its business.
Trade Names means trade names, brand marks, trade dress, brand names, logos and all other names and slogans or product goodwill for which no trademark registration has been obtained and for which no application is pending.
Trade Names means any name, whether informal (such as a fictitious name or d/b/a) or formal (such as the full legal name of a corporation or partnership) which is used to identify an entity.

  • Adopter is not obligated to use any of the Trade Names on any product, advertising, or on any other material in any manner.

Trade Names means all trade names or styles, trademarks, divisions or other names under which Client conducts business.
