Trade Names definition
Trade Names means trade names, brand marks, trade dress, brand names, logos and all other names and slogans or product goodwill for which no trademark registration has been obtained and for which no application is pending.
Trade Names means any name, whether informal (such as a fictitious name or d/b/a) or formal (such as the full legal name of a corporation or partnership) which is used to identify an entity.
Trade Names means any words, name or symbol used by a Person to identify its business.

Supplier may print and use the Trademarks and Trade Names of Distributor (including PHASE ONE®, OMNIPHASE®, and NEUTROPHASE®) (collectively the “Distributor Marks”) solely in connection with the manufacture of the Products and/or product packaging for sale to Distributor (or Distributor’s Subdistributors) under this Agreement.
