Trade Practices definition

Trade Practices. No Group Entity has breached the provisions of the Trade Practices Act or any equivalent state or territory legislation or the requirements of any consumer product safety standard or consumer product information standard prescribed by law.
Trade Practices means and include those practices generally employed by the majority of institutional owners of Datacenters or of first class and institutional telecommunication systems.
