Trade Secret License definition

Trade Secret License means any agreement, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right in, to or under any Trade Secret.
Trade Secret License means any agreement, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to any Grantor of any right in, to or under any Trade Secret, including any of the foregoing listed in Schedule 3.9(a) (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).
