Trade Secret Licenses definition

Trade Secret Licenses means any and all agreements providing for the granting of any right in or to Trade Secrets (whether such Grantor is licensee or licensor thereunder).
Trade Secret Licenses with respect to any Grantor, all United States written license agreements of such Grantor providing for the grant by or to such Grantor of any right under any United States trade secrets, including, without limitation, know-how, processes, formulae, compositions, designs, and confidential business and technical information, and all rights of any kind whatsoever accruing thereunder or pertaining thereto, other than agreements with any Person who is an Affiliate or a Subsidiary of the Borrower or such Grantor, subject, in each case, to the terms of such license agreements, and the right to prepare for sale, sell and advertise for sale, all Inventory now or hereafter covered by such licenses.
Trade Secret Licenses means any and all agreements providing for the granting of any right in or to any Trade Secret (whether such Grantor is licensee or licensor thereunder) including, without limitation, each agreement referred to in Schedule 4.7(G) (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).

Trade Secret Licenses means all Contracts naming a Seller as licensee or licensor and providing for the grant of any rights with respect to Trade Secrets.

Trade Secret Licenses with respect to any Canadian Grantor, all Canadian written license agreements of such Canadian Grantor providing for the grant by or to such Canadian Grantor of any right under any Trade Secrets, including, without limitation, know-how, processes, formulae, compositions, designs, and confidential business and technical information, and all rights of any kind whatsoever accruing thereunder or pertaining thereto, other than agreements with any Person that is an Affiliate or a Subsidiary of the Parent Borrower or such Canadian Grantor, subject, in each case, to the terms of such license agreements, and the right to prepare for sale, sell and advertise for sale, all Inventory now or hereafter covered by such licenses.
Trade Secret Licenses means any and all agreements to which an Obligor is a party providing for the granting of any right in or to Trade Secrets (whether such Obligor is licensee or licensor thereunder).
Trade Secret Licenses means any and all agreements providing for the granting of any right in or to Trade Secrets (whether such Obligor is licensee or licensor thereunder) including each agreement referred to in Annex 2.11 hereto.
