Trademark Security Agreements means the Trademark Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.

Trademark Security Agreements means those certain Trademark Security Agreements executed by Borrower and the Guarantors in favor of Lender, as the same may be amended, modified, or restated from time to time.
