Trading Facility definition

Trading Facility means a facility that is designated by or registered with the federal Commodity Futures Trading Commission under 7 U.S.C. secs. 1 et seq. "Trading facility" includes the Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and the New York Mercantile Exchange;
Trading Facility means the password protected online or downloadable electronic facility where the Client can trade with the Company under these Terms;
Trading Facility means, in respect of a relevant Commodity Contract, the exchange or trading facility or principal trading market on which such Commodity Contract is traded, or any successor to such exchange or trading facility or principal trading market to which trading in such Commodity Contract has temporarily relocated, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

Trading Facility means your account with us which allows you to place Orders and enter into Contracts with us.
