Trading Session definition

Trading Session means a trading session on a day which the applicable Stock Exchange is open for trading;
Trading Session means the period of time during any given calendar day, commencing with the determination of the opening price on the Applicable Exchange and ending on the determination of the closing price on the Applicable Exchange during the regular trading session, in which trading in UTC Shares, Carrier Shares or Otis Shares (as applicable) is permitted on the Applicable Exchange.
Trading Session means the period of time during any given calendar day, commencing with the determination of the opening price on the NYSE and ending with the determination of the closing price on the NYSE, in which trading in Rayonier Shares or SpinCo Shares (as applicable) is permitted on the NYSE.
