Control Person means any Person that holds or is one of a combination of Persons that holds a sufficient number of any of the securities of an issuer so as to affect materially the control of that issuer, or that holds more than 20% of the outstanding voting securities of an issuer except where there is evidence showing that the holder of those securities does not materially affect the control of the issuer;
Company Control Person means each director, executive officer, promoter, and such other Persons as may be deemed in control of the Company pursuant to Rule 405 under the 1933 Act or Section 20 of the 1934 Act (as defined below).
Traffic Control Plan means a specific plan that includes but is not limited to signing; application and removal of pavement markings; construction sequencing and scheduling; methods and devices for delineation and channelization; placement and maintenance of devices; traffic regulation; and inspection.
School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.
Traffic control device means a flagger, sign, signal, marking, or other device used to regulate, warn or guide traffic, placed on, over, or adjacent to a street, highway, private road open to public travel, pedestrian facility, or shared-use path by authority of a public agency or official having jurisdiction, or, in the case of a private road open to public travel, by authority of the private owner or private official having jurisdiction.
Aboriginal person means a person who is a descendant of Aboriginal people of Australia, and “Aboriginal child” has a corresponding meaning;
air traffic control service means a service provided for the purpose of:
Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.
Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means
Traffic control signal means a device, whether manually, electrically, or mechanically operated, by which traffic is alternately directed to stop and permitted to proceed.
Vulnerable Person means any person who by reason of age, infirmity, illness, disability or any other circumstance is in need of care or attention, and includes any person under the age of eighteen; and
Defendant/Person Under Supervision means any pretrial releasee, probationer, parolee, mandatory releasee, mandatory parolee, or supervised releasee receiving drug/alcohol testing and/or substance use assessment/treatment, mental health assessment/evaluation/treatment, and or sex offense specific evaluation/treatment/testing while under the supervision of the Federal Probation or Pretrial Services Office. Hereinafter, the term defendant applies to those on pretrial supervision, whereas person under supervision applies to those on post- conviction supervision.
Key Managerial Person means person as defined in Section 2(51) of the Companies Act, 2013
Management Employee means an employee having responsibility for formulating, administering or managing the implementation of District policies and programs.
City Managerial Employee means the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager, the City Clerk, and any City department head or director. In the event CONTRACTOR violates the provisions of this paragraph, CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay damages to OWNER in an amount equal to any and all compensation which is received by the former Elected Officer or City Managerial Employee of OWNER from or on behalf of the contracting person or entity, or an amount equal to the former Elected Officer's or City Managerial Employee's last two (2) years of gross compensation from OWNER, whichever is greater.
Direct Competitor means any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, or other group, however organized, who competes with the Company in the full service restaurant business.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;
Senior Managerial Personnel means the personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management, of rank equivalent to General Manager and above, including all functional heads.
Ineligible Person shall include an individual or entity who:
i. is currently excluded, debarred, suspended, or otherwise ineligible to participate in the Federal health care programs or in Federal procurement or nonprocurement programs; or
ii. has been convicted of a criminal offense that falls within the scope of 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7(a), but has not yet been excluded, debarred, suspended, or otherwise declared ineligible.
Official traffic-control devices means all signs, signals, markings, and devices not inconsistent with this chapter placed or erected by authority of a public body or official having jurisdiction, for the purpose of regulating, warning, or guiding traffic.
Area Control Error or “ACE” shall mean the instantaneous difference between a Balancing Authority’s net actual and scheduled interchange, taking into account the effects of Frequency Bias and correction for meter error.
Permanent Employee means an employee who has successfully completed probationary period on initial appointment.
Client employer means an Employer that is involved in a Tri-Party Employment Relationship due to obtaining the services of a third-party entity.
Control Period means the period beginning May first of a year and ending on September thirtieth of the same year, inclusive.
juridical person means any legal entity duly constituted or otherwise organised under applicable law, whether for profit or otherwise, and whether privately-owned or governmentally-owned, including any corporation, trust, partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship or association;
