Training Fees definition

Training Fees shall refer to: - amounts calculated by multiplying Shiji's standard time-based charging rates (as notified by ▇▇▇▇▇ to the Client before the date of this Agreement) by the time spent by ▇▇▇▇▇'s personnel performing the Training Products; and
Training Fees means the sums payable by the Customer in return for training provided by the Service Provider in accordance with Clause 6 of this Agreement, specified in Schedule [5]; and
Training Fees means the fees payable in respect of the Training Services stated on the Order Form, and as increased in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
