Tranche A Collateral definition

Tranche A Collateral means the collateral pledged to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of itself, the Issuing Banks and the Lenders pursuant to the Purpose Credit Borrower Pledge Agreement.

Tranche A Collateral has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.

Tranche A Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b) hereof.

• If the Tranche A Collateral Agent has materially breached or failed to perform any material provision of this Agreement or of applicable law, the Required Lenders may agree in writing to remove and replace the Tranche A Collateral Agent with a successor Tranche A Collateral Agent from among the Tranche A Lenders.

• No amendment, waiver, modification, elimination, or consent shall amend, modify, or waive any provision of Section 15 pertaining to the Tranche A Collateral Agent, or any other rights or duties of the Tranche A Collateral Agent under this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, without the written consent of the Tranche A Collateral Agent, Borrowers, and the Required Lenders.

• If the Tranche A Collateral Agent resigns under this Agreement, the Required Lenders shall be entitled to appoint a successor Tranche A Collateral Agent for the Tranche A Lenders.

• Except as provided above, the Tranche A Collateral Agent will not execute and deliver a release of any Lien on any Tranche A Collateral without the prior written authorization of (y) if the release is of all or substantially all of the Tranche A Collateral, all of the Tranche A Lenders, or (z) otherwise, the Required Lenders.

• The Tranche A Collateral Agent agrees to act as agent for and on behalf of the Tranche A Lenders on the conditions contained in this Section 15.

More Definitions of Tranche A Collateral

Tranche A Collateral means all of each Borrower's now owned or hereafter acquired right, title and interest in and to (a) any and all Gaming Equipment, the purchase of which was financed, in full or in part, with proceeds of one or more Tranche A Advances, and (b) the proceeds and products, whether tangible or intangible of any of the foregoing, including proceeds of insurance coverage of any and all of the foregoing.

Tranche A Collateral as defined in Section 2.(a)(i) of the Collateral Assignment Agreement.

Tranche A Collateral means all of the Collateral upon which a Lien is granted to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Tranche A Pledge and Security Agreement or otherwise by the Tranche A Loan Parties.

Tranche A Collateral means (a) all Inventory, (b) all Receivables, (c) all General Intangibles necessary for the sale or other disposition of, or realization on, all Inventory and all Receivables, by the Administrative Agent and (d) all Proceeds of the foregoing.
