Tranche A Facility definition

Tranche A Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche A Commitments.

Tranche A Facility means the Tranche A Revolver Commitments of the Tranche A Revolving Lenders and the Loans and Letter of Credit Disbursements pursuant to those Commitments in accordance with the terms hereof.

Tranche A Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Tranche A Lenders’ Tranche A Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.

• If amounts are outstanding under the Tranche B Facility at the time of the Tranche A Exchange, such amounts up to the applicable Tranche A Line Cap shall be deemed outstanding under the Tranche A Facility.

More Definitions of Tranche A Facility

Tranche A Facility means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2.1 (Tranche A Facility).

Tranche A Facility means the credit facility established under Section 2.1(a) of this Agreement, pursuant to which each Tranche A Lender shall advance Tranche A Loans for the account of the Borrowers in accordance with this Agreement.
